The office staff contacted by phone were courteous and accommodating to our needs. The moving crew members were excellent. They took great care to deliver our furniture and were courteous during their contact with us. Our only disappointment was that the initial estimate of time of our pickup was delayed by about three hours. Since the furniture was picked up at a retail store, this delay created a problem for the store and some embarrassment for us with the store personnel. However, the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the moving men produced a very good result for us, and we are overall very pleased with them and with Two Men and a Truck.

It looks like you were scheduled for a noon pickup but we did not arrive until 2:30. When there is a move scheduled prior to yours, it's very hard to predict an arrival time as the customer prior to yours may have more than they originally told us which, in turn, causes delays. Chris B and Kyle were very professional and took great care with my belongings. We had a bit of a complicated move, with items going from one location to two separate homes. Chris B and Kyle listened to our concerns and ensured that items were not mixed up and everything made it to the right location. They were both articulate and courteous. We will be moving again in the September/October timeframe, and we will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again, and will request that Chris and Kyle handle our next move! Thanks so much!

Quote was not clearly explained. It under 8hrs to complete the move and was charged 9.2hr. Movers were very well mannered and polite however they were milking the time. It was under 8hrs and I feel it could have been done between 6-7hrs. Everything that was originally quoted wasn't moved and to top things off my refrigerator is making a buzzing noise. Had LG come to look at it and now I have to replace my compressor.

Overall good service! I found out from one of the movers that they offer Military discount. I wish this was offered or mentioned during the initial consultation. I asked one of the movers, can I still get a mililitary discount? He stated no, discount has to be added before the final payment which I did not agree at all.

Our movers were Hans and Phillip. VERY professional and courteous, hard working young men to say the least. They took excellent care of our possessions. We had a couple neighbors ask how the company was and we suggested they use Two men and a truck. Can’t say enough good things about our experience...No additional hidden fees at the end-as a matter of fact, the final cost was a little lower than the quote. Pleasant experience from start to finish.

Mark and Olden were the greatest guys. They were more than on time and went to work speedily and efficiently. They were very careful with our belongings and even took apart and put back together a very annoying desk. Always had a smile . I would definitely use your company again.
