Mike and Marcus did an excellent job moving our items. Appreciate their quickness to move us in a short period of time.

Kris and Trevor were very polite and professional. Gave us a call before the appointment to confirm the time. Worked with urgency with a purpose to load the truck and keep the time line. Trevor did have an accident and dropped an vase. He felt very sorry about it. Felt sorry for him. Overall we were happy with the service and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. The experience was terrible. The movers were out of shape my husband had to help. They didn’t complete the job. All the information was wrong that I was given on the quote. The “manager” was terrible and rude. The movers took pills at my kitchen counter! I couldn’t be more disappointed

I used them to move my furniture out of my house and things went well so when I called to move back into my house they said it would be the same crew, well it was not and they scratched my new floor. Office called and didn’t seem really concerned with what happened.

The movers were very nice and worked hard. However a few of my items were mildly damaged. They broke shelving in closet by dumping heavy items on top shelf of guest room closet during move in. Men ought to be required to take a 30 to 45 min break. To rest and regroup. They were exhausted and in the end just dumped my belongings into the condo. So sort to have to report this because they were nice and tried and pointed out their errors.

If there was a rating above excellent I would give it to my moving team Milton, Hans and I think Josh( name not sure about). This is the 4th time I have used you over the years and the last time was horrible where they broke the glass on my china cabinet and broke part of my grandfather clock. But Milton came to fix both and asked if I would give them another chance if I moved again so I did requesting Milton on the team. Also your sales rep Dave is fantastic. He checked on things throughout the move which I appreciated very much. Thank you.

Happy with experience could not find two remotes but we may have lost them

The 3 men were very friendly and did a fine job. They really worked hard and quickly.
My big problem came the next day when we noticed the MBR side of the house was getting very warm and humid. The bank appraisal person came to inspect and told me the duct work had been disconnected in the attic on that side. I was air conditioning the attic! There was only one worker up there clearing out the attic. I won't mention his name but he must have hit the duct work by mistake. I had to hire an AC man to fix the problem.
I called Hans, the team leader and told him the issue. He said he would get back to me. Haven't heard anything from him or the company yet.
Pleased with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK except for the money they cost me to repair the duct work.

Our movers were Mike G and Larry B they were the best. Professional, kind and friendly. I also want to thank Mark Roditis for all his help and concern.
