Overall I thought the moving team did OK, they did a lot of packing for me and moved my things into a storage pod after a Hurricane damaged the house I was renting. I had a couple issues biggest one being their lack of experience stacking things in the pod. They did not maximize space and after they left, I had to get a friend to help me remove most of the things and restack it to fit the remaining things they couldn't fit. They also didn't really have a plan going in putting outdoor furniture in the pod first and then running out of room for indoor furniture. The wrapping could have been better, noticed they didn't carefully wrap a fragile item I specified to them so its already broken and they didn't wrap any of the pictures which I specified for them to do with the office team.
