We had another good experience with your company. I only have two concerns. One being that we pay for them to leave office and get to our home and then the return trip. It took 30 minutes for them to travel what should be a 15 minute drive, this doesn't seem fair. Also, it needs to be made very clear that it is $145.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. All I was told was that it was $145.00, plus any overage after the two hour mark.

That cost is built into the office to office pricing so the trucks may continue to run smoothly and move people efficiently. <br/><br/>It seems like there was some confusion on the price per hour. I think you understood it as $145 for 2 hours and then $145 for each hour after when it is $145 per hour on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a 2 hour minimum. So, you expected it be $145 less than whatever your total was. I can see where that would be misunderstood. We apologize for any confusion. They did well even when the rain started. The ramp got slippery but they plugged along and got the job done in quick time. Would definitely recommend 2 Men & A Truck.

Moving is overwhelming and nerve racking! Stephaine at the office was delightful, informative and told me exactly what to expect. She followed up with me several times to make sure everything was happening like it should. Amazing customer service!! Nick and Quint, the fort Walton Beasts, amazed me with their efficiency & professionalism. They actually cared about my things!! They went to extremes to make sure my household items were carefully wrapped and safe. For that, I was able to have peace of mind and not worry at all about the actual move. I can not stress enough how impressed I was!! Best money I ever spent!!!

Overall, it was a great experience. The movers moved us quickly, but also took care of our belongings. My only suggestion is that the movers should always have the proper tools available if needed to take anything apart. I had to step in to take an elliptical apart. It is a specialized piece of equipment, so maybe extreme for this case, but it didn't seem like they had any tools. It didn't affect the move that much. Some residents may not always have the ability to disassemble their belongings, however.
