I was satisfied but my bed was severely damaged and I didn’t notice until after they left. One of the men did not know what he was doing.

Two Men and a Truck did a fantastic job for us from the estimate to the final delivery. Everyone we encountered was courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was easy and frequent. All our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. We will use Two Men and a Truck for any future moves!

My moving experience with Two Men and a Truck fully exceeded my expectations! Shawn, my Office Representative, was available to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and prepared for my move. My moving team, Jaruis and Quintin, provided the highest level of professional care and service throughout the entire experience. My brand new leather sofa was damaged in 3 different places during the moving process, and my furniture that was taken apart from my home was not re-assembled such as my dresser mirror was not screwed back to the dresser and the legs on my sofa was not screwed back on...The movers equipment was left at my home. Contacted manager David that was suppose to address these matters but still no resolution. I moved into a brand new luxury apartment, just built and the door to my master bedroom was cracked during the move.
Half way into the move the manager was called because the employees did not know how to how to pack up my nordic track treadmill for transport and at that time I was told I need to have 3 men instead of 2 which is going to be an additional charge for me.

The initial contact was excellent. Left message of what interested in and the manager had all the information I needed when he called me back in timely manner. I can not say enough good things about the 3 loaders/movers. Were prepared when they arrived and did not stop loading until ready to leave. We met the truck at the storage facility 241 miles away and they again did not stop unloading until finished. They were pleasant and did not mind my telling them how I wanted things done from beginning to end. When my home is repaired from Hurricane I plan on having them move my things back and I will request emphatically that I have the same three people as my movers. I highly recommend this company and their staff from manager on down and especially their hard working moving staff.
