I got a call back from the office team in a timely manner. I was provided with a detailed estimate and questions were answered. The moving team was on time, friendly and professional. They introduced themselves and reviewed the paperwork with us and began working. They were organized and worked as a team and were very prompt. They unloaded the items and set up the bed and asked if we needed anything else. We were very satisfied and the process from start to end was easy which is what you want on a stressful move day. Thanks!!

Moving can be an extremely stressful experience! However once I began the process where Two Men And A Truck became involved it became a lot less stressful. Seriously from my first phone conversation with Dave...to meeting the wonderful James, who gave us very helpful information on making our move easier! they totally destroyed two pieces of furniture. One an antique solid oak round pedestal table. the table also included 6 leaves and a round glass top i purchased to protect the top. Both items are now useless. the other is an Ethan Allen end table which was split and the leg was split. two gouges in a brand new floor, a large scratch on the front door of my dryer, they didn't plug in the dryer and place it in position, they tried to hook up water lines to washer but started one incorrectly so when it was turned on it sprayed all over , didn't even try connecting outflow line. I am still finding nicks and scrapes on my furniture. one of the men took pictures i assumed he included with his report. a lamp was bent in a box Labeled not to crush. An annoyance in that they turned most things upside down. files in file cabinets fell off the sliders which were off, had to spend time refiling my files. Based on this move I would never recommend "TWO MEN AND A TRUCK". And it wasn't cheep to have this done to my things. Haven't heard anything about what they will do to compensate.

All of my comments would have been excellent except we had some damage to our antique furniture that we discovered after the men left. Our furniture was well wrapped in plastic. However, protection was not used when large pieces were put on the dolly so one piece was damaged on the edge where the piece was moved by the dolly. Another piece had damage on the top where a dolly was put on top of the piece during the move with no protection between the dolly and the furniture. The movers were very friendly and worked with haste. Carelessness caused damage though so I hope they will be more careful with wrapped furniture that still needs protecting.

Two Men and a Truck made moving so much easier. They were professional, fast, and hard working. They took tremendous care with my items and were great asking where I wanted them in the new house. They even took some huge items upstairs which I felt bad about, but they said no problem. I recommend them to anyone!

Well the movers moved us very quickly and at the time I was very impressed with just how quick but later that day I found out that they moved us so quick that a jug full of my money ( at the very least $2000.00 ) had some how fallen off the back of the truck in transit because it is no longer in my possession. The last thing I was told it to file a police report , like what good will this do it is cash no traceable way to find it .
Too me Two Men and A Truck should do there own police work and get to the bottom of this. I even sent Carey Smith ( so called GM ) a picture of the jug and all I get is " call the cops "
When I say had fallen off I am being sarcastic it is missing and someone got a very big tip and I actually tipped the movers $75.00 a piece .
