Ryan and Scooter were fantastic. They were thorough, friendly and worked very hard. We had no broken items, dents or damage of any kind.
We were unhappy that a lot of our belongings did not get on the truck. We had to get another trailer to finish!! Someone goofed big time.
TMandT needs to handle that problem differently. We were assured the truck size was adequate and it was a lot more too small. A lot of extra expense.

Tom and Marie, thank you for the review and feedback. We're happy to hear Ryan and Scooter took such great care of you and your items. We're sorry that not everything fit into the 26-foot moving truck. We generally offer a second truck if we're unsure everything will fit into the first. We apologize if we didn't offer this service. A 26-foot moving truck generally holds a 2,200 square foot home. Based on your estimate, the items that were supposed to be moved were to take up around 68.60% of the truck. Is it possible you added items after your on site to the move? Perhaps a storage shed or building? We do apologize for the miscommunication. We appreciate you choosing us as your moving team.

My name is Suzanna Davis and I had guys come out on two separate days as my move revolved around a holiday. My pack day was on Wednesday, 11/27 and all three of the guys who helped me were fantastic! They made an overwhelming job so much easier! They were fast and friendly and did a great job. Move day was Friday, 11/29 and I can't say enough about the three men who helped me on that day. I had a beast of a dresser that they had to get up stairs and I felt awful about that. However, they got it done and with no complaints. That was amazing! I had another piece of furniture that was rather awkward to move and they tried every single thing they could to get it in the room it was going. They went above and beyond their designated jobs to help me out and I couldn't be more appreciative of them!!!!!
I will happily spread the word that if anybody needs a moving company that they would be fools to use any other company BUT that of Two Men and a Truck! KUDOS to your staff!!! Thank you so much for making my transition an easy one. Now if only y'all unpacked as well!!! :) :)

I WISH YOU HAD A HALF HOUR RATE FOR PEOPLE OVER 65. THEY WERE HERE FOR 15 MINUTES AND I COULD HAVE USED THEM AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK BUT COULD NOT AFFORD ANOTHER HOUR RATE. I DID KNOW IT WAS AN HOUR RATE AND AGREED TO IT. THINK ABOUT IT FOR LOCALS.

Jane, thank you for your feedback. For future reference, you can ask the team to do anything you need to be sure you get your money's worth of that hour's time, ie cut the grass, take out of the garbage, etc. We have to have a minimum to be able to afford the move. We have to pay both team members, pay for the wear and tear on the vehicle, pay for the fuel, plus the people in the office who book and confirm you for your move. Each piece has a cost and we have to make sure we can afford to pay our teams and keep the trucks on the road. We would be in the hole for the move if we only charged 15 minutes. The team would virtually work for free. We do understand your position. We would never want to assume that someone of a certain age range can't afford our services. We would never want to discriminate. We appreciate you choosing us for your moving needs.

The 2 young men who did my move were outstanding, the did not stop from start to finish. Busted there butts the whole time. If they are still with the company on my next move I hope I can request them.

The driver Trey and his helper were very helpful and did all they could to assist our move. He went above and beyond to ensure boxes were where we needed them and even stayed to put our bed together with us so we could have a first night’s sleep.
