Your workers moved slow. they did not have the tools they needed. they made a stop at a store during the move. I received a call after I signed all paperwork saying I needed to pay more than I was told.
This was not a big move, so I am not making a big deal. If it was a bigger move, I will keep a closer eye on things.

Joe, thank you for the review and feedback. We apologize for our team forgetting their tools and for their miscommunication. Often, the teams take a break between the load and unload, but they should always communicate their plan to do so with the customer. Our teams work methodically and diligently, but try to move efficiently, as well. We want to be sure not to damage any items in the move process. If you contact our office with additional information about the move, we'd love to chat with you. Our training team is always working to improve processes and it sounds like there are some teachable moments here.

The gentleman who helped were so friendly. It was like talking to younger brothers. Both went out of their way to help, even helped arrange my carpet under sofa. Loved the experience, will definitely request help in the future hope to get same two movers.

This is a comment regarding one of two moves in Nov. 2019. On 11/11/19, Fred and Mike were ontime and for the most part did a great job. There were two things: switched the hot/cold lines for the washer (and I asked to make sure they were right...they were not); and tried to fit a too large couch through an opening...broke off sheetrock on two corners of the hallway.

My experience with TMAAT from start to finish was wonderful! I called last minute to schedule my move, because my planned help fell through. The office person was courteous, very helpful and friendly. Within 15 minutes I had my move scheduled, at a very reasonable rate.
I was told to expect a follow up call to confirm the move, and then a call the morn8ng of the move letting me know when the movers were on their way. Both of these calls came like clockwork. The day of the move, the two gentlemen arrived exactly on time and they were very polite and professional. After a walkthrough with me to understand what I needed to be done, they got right to work. They wrapped my furniture beautifully. I never had a concern that anything might get damaged. The men worked steadily the entire 5 hours, cheerfully doing anything I asked, and helping me immediately with anything I needed. While my move was personally sad for me, this was by far the smoothest physical move I’ve ever made. And since 1988, this was my 40th move! It was a pleasure doing business with you! I will always recommend Two Men With a Truck from this day forward!
