All 3 of the men that came to pack and move our home were polite, courteous and very professional. They did an amazing job on packing and loading and unloading. We had a very large safe, and several locations that our stuff had to go to and they were on time and hard working. Will definitely use Two Men and A Truck for any of our moving needs.

Inconsistent service cost or pricing, same home furniture 1/4 of the distance, 30 days apart, $200.00 more for the shorter distance move. Franchise owner verbally promised an email including a written discount for my next move, he broke his promise and delivered an email with excuses instead. First crew was efficient and professional, second crew was Slow and inefficient.

You spoke with our office's General Manager yesterday regarding your moving details, including billing. As explained on the phone and in the email sent to you, with moves further than 25 miles from the office, our Home Office's regulations dictate that we bill from house to house. The last time you moved was further than 25 miles away. Therefore, you were not charged drive time. This time, you were less than 25 miles from the office and, therefore, were charged drive time, also due to our Home Office's regulations.
We are a customer service driven business and strive to take care of your moving needs. We did move everything carefully, avoiding damages and taking care of your items. In the call in which you booked, you even mentioned that you liked that the previous team wrapped your items, something we do to protect your items at all times. We hope to work with you again in the future when you are ready for your next move. As the General Manager indicated, please contact him directly to get you on the schedule and taken care of.

Quinn and Hudson were terrific - they were able to get all our contents into one storage unit. We had rented 2 and were able to cancel the other, saving us a lot of money. They were polite, professional and extremely careful with all of our contents. When we move out of our storage, we will definitely request them. Thanks so much!!
