Brian and Scooter were very friendly, professional and efficient. They took great care of our belongings and were careful moving things. They took extra care to prevent damage to paint and walls.

I just want to say that Autumn Riley was very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. She made planning our move so easy.
Our movers were AWESOME!! They were respectful, they worked very fast and took very good care of our household goods. I highly recommend this team and would definitely use 2 Men and Truck again!

Very nice workers, however they ran into our new wall and chipped the Sheetrock on the corner. I am not picky but I was VERY specific to ask PLEASE don’t ding my brand new stainless fridge! There is a small dent. They also taped up our weight bench and left sticky glue residue on it which was difficult to remove.

As stated to Manager, please retrain staff on giving correct information on the phone regarding prices and how they are calculated for the time frame for move.

We see we quote you a 3-5 hour move and completed it in 4.75 hours. We're glad we could take care of your moving needs within the estimated time frame. The office staff needs to get it together. Was promised a call ahead of time twice since I don't live where the move would happen, even that morning and then the movers called the wrong # (I instructed to call me, not Mr. Moore) after arriving at the house. This wasted time and caused more cost and manager wouldn't reduce charge. Never using again. Poor service. Movers were great. s

Thank you for your business and feedback. We typically call the person who is handling the move. Mr. Moore asked us to call him since he was handling the estate. So, it seems there was miscommunication between you and Mr Moore. When we spoke to you during the move, you asked about the drive time charge, which we always charge on local moves from office to office. We have to be able to cover paying the time for the team, the gas, the use of the vehicle, etc. So, we didn't take that charge off as everyone is charged that, which was explained. When you spoke to Antonio later, you said you were highly pleased with the services that had been rendered. We're glad to hear you felt the movers were great. Your items were moved carefully and diligently per your needs. You were given an estimated completion of 4 hours and the team did so in 3.25, thus costing you much less on your final bill. So, you actually saved money even with the confusion of who to call. We do appreciate you and Mr Moore choosing us for your moving needs and do hope you consider us again in the future.

The three gentlemen who moved me were exceptional! They were pleasant and professional the entire time. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.
