Loaders were unable to fill truck from fear of boxes falling. A good 2 feet of head space was left in truck meaning they didn’t take everything. My 77 year old husband and I (62) had to rent a uhaul the next day and move “what they couldn’t fit in truck” ourselves! I have pictures of 3/4 full truck, and the very heavy items we had to move ourselves the next day.

Hi Cindy, our notes show that you had mentioned to your CSR that you already had a Uhaul present for your things that were irregular in size. As far as our trucks, and the items we were scheduled to load, we did not stack items too high to avoid damages. We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with the service you received. My, goodness, this was a fast and efficient experience. From booking, to follow up, everything was handled so professionally. I just needed a quick storage unit run. My team, Alexia Lang, Demetrius Enis and Revelino Dixon couldn’t have been better! They were personable, well trained and used care and caution in everything they did.
