I was unsatisfied with the packing service that they provided.

Everyone from the office personnel to the actual movers were knowledgable as well as friendly.
Everyone was willing to help & all of that made a stressful time easier for me. My possessions have been acquired over a life time & are important to me. They were in good hands & that is why this was the 3rd time that I've used this company.
The actual movers themselves had what I considered a horrible situation with a 700 lb armour & a treacherous staircase on the 1st two moves. They took care of that important piece of furniture and that tells it all. (A man from the first crew actually
cut his leg but kept going.)
There was an unavoidable scratch due to the railing & the company sent a true craftsman to repair it.
It's too bad that more companies do not conduct business on this scale.

The three men that did my moves were great. They were courteous, very careful with my stuff which made for a stress free move. They were moving from a tight space into a tight space and they were very accommodating with how I needed things just so in order for it to all fit and not get damaged.

You team was absolutely outstanding!! I know moving an office is no small task but these guys went above and beyond what we could ever expect. Their attitudes were always upbeat and they were extremely helpful. Give these guys a raise!

Great experience overall. Office staff was friendly and stayed in touch right up to the last day. We’re able to get to me a little earlier that originally scheduled, so I had more time to unpack on moving day. Team of 3 guys (Cruz, Rodriguez, and Tuck) were professional and introduced themselves to me individually. We did a brief walk through to see what was needed, and they got straight to work. Every piece was handled with great care, items were shrink wrapped to prevent any drawers opening or cushions falling off. Service was just as speedy and professional at the drop off spot. We again did a quick walk through so they all knew exactly where everything was going to go. Before leaving they ensured everything was were I wanted it one final time. Highly recommend this company!

They Worked a Very LONG DAY with Us because of the Distance of the Move. Their SPIRIT and STANINA never Change. They were PROFESSIONAL, KIND, CARING of Our POSSESSIONS and WELL HUMORED. And RESPECTED THE PRECENCE OF OUR HOMES. And this is rare to Find in any Profession. They made a very stressful Time a PLEASANT ONE FOR US. THANK YOU TO TWO MEN AND A TRUCK AND TO YOUR AMAZING STAFF. CONGRATULATIONS TO SUCH AN OUTSTANDING TEAM YOU HAVE.
