The online chat was ok, but couldn't download the moving sheet. In office experience with Jayme was GREAT.. but one time called back while very busy - I didn't reach Jayme and the call was not as courteous (obviously during a busy time). The moving team was great

Movers were pleasant and very professional. Took care of furniture very well. Moved washing machine and dryer after signing waiver and reconnected. Very nice guys

OUTSTANDING all around from the office staff to the movers. Estimate was spot on, we had a change of date and they accommodated us with absolutely no issues. all three guys were exemplary in how they carried out their duties. I could not have expected any more from them.Burgess's leadership of his team was evident and outstanding.

There was a minor damage to some chairs and to the wall in the house. I contacted the office and they worked with me to help in the most courteous manner.

Movers, Roy, Pierre, and Hasheem were great, moved quickly at all times, and were very courteous and helpful always. They were excellent!

My three movers were Julian, Kurt, and Damian. They did not ever lose a smile even after the 100th time going up and down three flights. They were courteous and respectful. Their attitude was amazing and they even came in under the quoted time. Unlike movers that I have used before NOTHING was damaged!!! Thank you to a wonderful team.

This was my 2nd time using your services to move a washer, dryer, and entertainment center to a friend when her movers fell through. It was short notice but your office team was able to get me in the schedule which was very much appreciated and alleviated much stress for me.
