My experience with the office was good. Moving process not good. Did not put on truck all that was required. For unloading parts of beds and chest we’re missing. Lamps damage.

I have already placed a review on Google, but am always happy to say again how very delighted my husband and I were in dealing with Two Men and A Truck. Thank you to James for organizing our delivery, and to Vincent and Rayon for delivering these heavy chests. Great job all the way around guys. Yall are the best!!!!!!!!!

Keishone and Josue were the two gentlemen who did our moving from
Ocala into Jacksonville . There were very professional and had such a great attitude. My husband and I were very pleased. The office staff reached out a few times as well to make sure all was going well. And the price was just right. Highly recommend .

The two men who did our move were very efficient, fast and professional. They were late in arriving because the address they were given was incorrect, but they got right to work and never stopped. We were under the belief that they were coming from the office in Ocala, but actually came from Eustis which is a much further distance.

Our franchise has dispatch offices in Eustis and Ocala and depending on the schedule of the day, logistically we make the decision to send trucks from either location; we can assure you this fact didn't have an effect on your invoicing. This is our 3rd time using Two Men and a Truck - have never had a problem of any kind, movers were professional and very careful. Wrapped everything with extreme care and have never had any damage. We threw a couple of last minute changes at them and even though they had a long day, they remained cheerful and willing to do whatever we needed. Definitely will use the again!

We have used Two Men and a Truck a few different times with complete satisfaction. This time was no different. Our team Duwell and Josue did a great job moving us and taking care of our belongings. They were very professional and personable. I would highly recommend them for any kind of move.

Office team was fantastic and super helpful. Unfortunately the moving guys on the job were not great. Poor attitude, sloppy loading of truck, damaged furniture (table leg broken, and bunk bed hardware lost). Also very slow due to lack of appropriate tools to disassemble furniture. Move ran late into evening and didn’t get heavy furniture placed, move in was a mess.

Hopefully this review will save the next customer some money. I goggled transport companies in my area and spoke with Jamie, arrangements were made but failed to mention this office was in Ocala and the office an hour closer to me was a different Franchise! Seems Jamie looks out for this franchise owner not 2 men and a truck! She should have referred me to the closer office.Google review to follow
