It has always been costumers are right in this case you go with what the movers say and that is just wrong. Some people can just forget about what happened like with the tv but others might not be able to get one and for you guys not to take care of a mistake that happened because of the movers is unprofessional

Excellent movers and service. I just do not care that I have to pay for their 2 hour travel time since they are supposed to be local.

In regards to travel time, moving consultants are required to explain to our customers that the hourly rate includes from the time the movers leave the office until they get back. It's an industry standard for moving companies to charge for travel time or a travel fee and it varies depending on the location in Ocala we are going to. We do not, however, charge for any additional fees like gas, mileage or a truck fee. If you have any further questions or concerns, we'd be more than happy to talk with you further. Office staff were great! Duwell and Tyler also were great. Everyone was friendly. Duwell and Tyler were early which I wasn't but they had a great sense of humor and laughed right along with me. The experience with this branch was wonderful. I recommend them highly and I will use their services again. Thank you 2 Men and a Truck!
