Jane, we are really sorry your furniture has scratches and dents and can understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we offered professional padding to protect the items the right way, but you signed the release of liability document, declining to use the appropriate protection. My "Two Men" were Duwell and Cliiff and we were off to a great start when they arrived earlier that I expected. They really hustled and got things done quickly and efficiently as they also were so respectful and friendly, with extremely good manners. I was very impressed. We were moving from on apt. to another in the same complex, so the move in was just as efficient as the move out. Kudos!

My order request was not taken and communicated accurately to the movers. Also, it was said that I would not pay travel fees, but in fact, I paid the hourly rate for travel from the shop to my location and back to the shop afterwards. Since the order wasn't communicated properly, I was charged extra for moving more stuff and going up stairs, compared to what I was told. The movers tried hard an

The difference in charges is not directly related to driving time; instead, it has to be with the amount of pieces originally requested to move - 2 desks - and what our movers were required to move; it was evidently more than the original order. The guys were friendly, efficient and did an EXCELLENT job moving in the furniture, setting everything up, and moving things out. Our friends pan to use them when they are ready to move. I highly recommend them!
