My order request was not taken and communicated accurately to the movers. Also, it was said that I would not pay travel fees, but in fact, I paid the hourly rate for travel from the shop to my location and back to the shop afterwards. The difference in charges is not directly related to driving time; instead, it has to be with the amount of pieces originally requested to move - 2 desks - and what our movers were required to move; it was evidently more than the original order. The guys were friendly, efficient and did an EXCELLENT job moving in the furniture, setting everything up, and moving things out. Our friends pan to use them when they are ready to move. I highly recommend them!

JT, Fred and Thomas were our movers. They moved our heavy furniture as if they were moving their own belongings. They dealt with every issue that came up in a professional and positive manner. No furniture was damaged or broken in the process. They worked non stop from the time they left the truck. Thank you for sending me such an efficient team.
