Our moving team (Vincent, Cliff and Chris) was absolutely awesome; polite, professional and helpful. My complaint is that I was given a quote range from $1400+ to $1600+, but ended up paying $1800+. I also didn't like having to sign a document that stated that no damage was done to my property when actually I will have no idea of any property damage until I move from the storage unit to a home.

Our estimate was given between 1,528 and 1,736 we ended billing at the high end at 8 hours with 3 crew members. The release of liability was required due to the fact that you declined to use our padding and wrapping protection for the furniture going into storage. We appreciate your feedback!

Unfortunately, we offered professional padding to protect the items the right way, but you signed the release of liability document, declining to use the appropriate protection. My "Two Men" were Duwell and Cliiff and we were off to a great start when they arrived earlier that I expected. They really hustled and got things done quickly and efficiently as they also were so respectful and friendly, with extremely good manners. I was very impressed. We were moving from on apt. to another in the same complex, so the move in was just as efficient as the move out. Kudos!
