The young men who moved me were great. I thought the sales person was until the day before the move, she called to say she had miscalculated and I was going to pay roughly $400-$500 more than the quote. I had spoken with her 3 times before the move with questions and her mistakes was never discovered. She took full responsibility for the mistake and was sorry but I paid the price! Poor business!

My movers were polite and professional however they did drop a chest of drawers off of the truck scratched it and broke two drawers in it. I filed a complaint and received a phone call today. They offered me $.60 a pound totaling $90. My mouth almost fell on the ground.that chest of drawers must’ve been at least $600 and they offer me 90. And what’s worse is they did not wrap it in pads.

However, for compensation, you declined our full valuation coverage the day of the move. We regret to inform you that we cannot cover the full value of this item without our insurance coverage. You will certainly be compensated the amount required by the state of Florida for your loss. We do hope your day gets better and you can enjoy your new home.

The Ocala office took over our interstate move seamlessly when Hurricane Milton tried to foil our plans. Joslyn and Sheldon came to our rescue, and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
