The guys were awesome They worked very hard to make sure they got everything on the truck. We changed our move date and the office personnel was great in helping us get everything done

I don't think the movers work at a fast pace. Also, I think that they need better training in regards to the order of loading & unloading the truck. Not to mention, how to carry the furniture in the home when it needs to be placed facing a certain direction. Other than that, they were friendly & did a great job. The office staff was knowledgeable & courteous.

I did not like how the movers charged me 2 and 1 half hours worth of moving time when they got the job done within 2 hours... :/

I was soooo impressed by the movers attitude. Always always positive, professional, and upbeat. My only issue is that my bed is not working. I have motorized bed which I think got banged in the move.

The only reason I gave satisfaction with the team & handling of my property a "good" was that I MAY BE missing a box. It is a medium size & labeled "Dog Stuff". I cannot find it, but....
Otherwise the move was pretty non traumatic. Your guys made it that way. I appreciated the care & attention the office staff gave me during the whole process too.

The moving staff were not knowledgeable of packing glass, mirror and picture items from our home. I had to supervise. The moving consultant sent a number of cardboard flat boxes, which the moving team did not have a CLUE how to utilize in pacing up our glass table tops, mirrors and pictures. An office staff member needed to come out to the house to pack our items up. This situation cost us additional dollars because of the lack of expertise the moving staff had. Be careful.

Very willing to work with special circumstances with my elderly aunt.

The men were exceptional and I would hire them myself . Professional and very hard working. They were personable and a pleasure to deal with. An asset to you co.
