Overall the experience was very good. The guys with the truck were great.

Sometimes there seemed to be confusion in the office about payment and the cost was more than I was quoted and my mom had given her credit card to pay for the move then on the day of move office said she hadn't given card . Then when they found it the card wouldn't go through. So I had to pay on my card. The girl who was originally helping me wasn't in the office at the time we were trying to figure our the card.

The two men that came had a great attitude and really did a good job!

My initial contact was with Leslie who walked me through the process of what items would be moved room by room. Leslie was very helpful and reassuring. My quote for the move was emailed shortly thereafter. The day of the move the movers Mike and Mark arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. I would recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for their excellent service. The cherry on the top was the actual cost was less than quoted!

The 2 men-Duwell andamp;amp; Ravon-were courteous, efficient, and careful with all my things. They transported furniture between 3 different places and had no trouble remembering what pieces went where. I would hire these two men if I were starting my own business. Anne

The moving team went out of there way to accommodate my last minute change during a stressful time, and they worked with the assisted living staff to make sure to follow their procedures. Would definitely use again!
