My recent moving experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was out of the ordinary and refreshing:
1. Order taking and scheduling and provision of documentation by Lilly.
2. The moving crew Julio and Jaison, courteous, brought along clean and good packing material, packed and moved my stuff with care.
3. Julian who provided oversight helped smoothen hiccups that are customary with moves.

The team that helped me move apartments was fantastic. I can't say enough good things. They treated all of my belongings with care and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. They were also incredibly fast. The whole move (1 bedroom into a studio) was done in 1 hour and 59 minutes! I will definitely be using 2 Men and a Truck again!

Your office customer rep Lily was very helpful and patient.
Your moving team led by Rene was very attentive, courteous, and worked very hard. I would like to use them again when I move items from your temporary storage to the new apartment I will buy.

The online/booking process went smoothly. Lilly followed up providing an accurate quote. Movers were Terry and Cam, great experience! The one issue was move scheduled for a 9:00-10:00 a.m. (confirmed closer to 9:00). Movers arrived at 12:00 p.m. after multiple calls to their Saturday number. Movers explained they had indicated to their manager the early time wasn't possible but i wasn't informed.

We moved for the second time in 6 months… so very stressful! Jose Castro and his crew were amazing and provided excellent service. We had a minor set back in the middle of the move, and they accommodated us with our needs. They were also careful with my items and walls (we never felt rushed) and most importantly, very professional and easy to work with! Jackie & Tony Farias

Overall, terrific.
Initial booking did not go well. I reserved and confirmed the service date, but David in the office never sent me the CC Auth as he promised, so I missed the scheduled move out date with the Condo Service elevator.
This cost me 4 days rent in my storage unit ($133) and 4 days rent in my Condo ($800).
Kevin, Dre, & Julio were excellent. Julian did make an adjustment on my bill
