What started out as a simple move from one apartment building to another, has become a nightmare. Quite frankly, It seems like a common practice for your company to take advantage of unaccompanied women who aren't able to oversee both in unit and at the loading dock.

Jose at the office was great. We scheduled the move for 3 men but only 2 showed up. Chris and G were great, absolutely great, but obviously the job took a lot longer with 2 guys than the agreed upon 3. Yes, the invoice reflected 2 guys, and I understand things happen but it was honestly a hassle for me, the customer, to have to pitch in with the move bc it was understaffed.

Awful experience. I was quoted between $700-$900 to move out a 2/2 apartment within the same city. The movers were horribly inexperienced, came without uniforms, and did not properly pack things away. The move took 9 hours, and when I asked what was taking so long, came to realize they were NOT USING THE RESERVED SERVICE ELEVATOR. This delayed everything and my cost ballooned to over $1400. SCAM!
