The quote was very easy it was based on number of hours and number of men, the other quote I obtained was estimated at 1 to 3 thousand more and very unreasonable for the type of move requested (1 couch, 1 day bed and 1 coffee table.)

Second time I have moved with you in one year. Both times went very smoothly and the guys were really professional. One of the guys remembered me from my last move so it was nice to have that consistency, trust factor. I would highly recommend!

I would have probably given all excellents and goods except for the fact that one small duffle bag never made it off the truck. I was very grateful that Lilly in the office found the bag and put me in touch with a manager to have it shipped home to us. However, I spoke to someone, said it would be shipped, when I never received it, I followed up a week later to hear that there was no information about shipping anything that it would be looked into. I had to call back because I didn't hear any follow up, and was told that the duffle would be shipped, that it was still there. Don't know why it sat for a week and nothing was done. I was again told I'd be sent shipping information, but still no word two days later. This is getting very frustrating. About to call again for status.

I was told by the office that the movers would have boxes to put my TV's in, but they did not. That was the only thing, I was concerned about. Other than that, the movers were grate.

Dwayne and his crew were fantastic. The office staff was too. If it was possible I would check a box for better than excellent for the whole team!
If we have a move of this type again we would only use your company.

I am satisfied with the moving services, however, I lost two items in the move. One of them was my Vizio TV remote control and the other one of my Panasonic wi-fi phones. ( I had a set of 4), now I have three. The issue with the phone is not important but I had to order a new Vizio TV remote control from Amazon and it cost me $13.06. As soon as I noticed the remote missing, (the same afternoon of the move) I called your office and the person who answered tried to contact Deyvi to see if they had found the item. No luck...! they told the guy in the office they conducted a sweep and found nothing. I still thing it was inside the gigantic box they use to move things in apt buildings, impossible to believe it had vanished. Later that day I noticed the phone missing.
