The overall experience was good. But the price is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend you based on that alone.

The sales team was excellent. The movers were very friendly and had a great attitude. However, they damaged the wall and apartment door moving a couch out and lost two boxes of my possessions - one was a package of tied and flattened FedEx and file boxes; the other a full box of kitchen supplies. Calls to the dispatcher (Alan), went unreturned. Then he said they would be returned the next day. That promise was made three times before the property was returned. At no time was I able to reach dispatch by telephone directly. Not the day of the move, not in the 5-6 calls made running down my property. Only the sales team answered the telephone and was able to put me in touch with dispatch. Only the file boxes were returned. The box of kitchen supplies apparently disappeared.

Neil and Curtis, our movers, were awesome. They got the job done efficiently, carefully, and with ease. Very impressed with the service I received! Definitely will use this company again and refer :)

The entire experience was great, from the initial phone call to the move. Everyone on staff that I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, reliable, and communicated clearly. Nick and Fritz (my movers in Miami) were outstanding!!! They were super organized, quick, efficient, careful, congenial, professional, and patient. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Both movers, Neil and Billy, were excellent. They were efficient, organized, polite, friendly yet professional, and hard working.
My only complaint was trying to get through to the dispatcher, Alan, on the day the furniture was being delivered.

The quote was very easy it was based on number of hours and number of men, the other quote I obtained was estimated at 1 to 3 thousand more and very unreasonable for the type of move requested (1 couch, 1 day bed and 1 coffee table.)

Second time I have moved with you in one year. Both times went very smoothly and the guys were really professional. One of the guys remembered me from my last move so it was nice to have that consistency, trust factor. I would highly recommend!
