I hired a moving company as I couldn't move the things by myself. I specifically hired a moving company because of a big sleeper couch. I didn't have much things to move around 4 pieces of furniture. I understand that the sofa sleeper couch was massive. But the movers were not able to bring the couch up to my apartment. Because of the stair case being too narrow. I understand that the width of the staircase is not in the movers hands. But I am a bit annoyed that I didn't get the couch in. Overall other than that everything else was done perfectly. My couch is I believe in your storage space as I had no choice but to say that you could donate it. Yesterday a representative from you guys called me to try to resolve this issue.

Movers went above and beyond to help me move. Their truck broke down after they arrived to my new home, so they moved all of my things and then also gave me extra help since they had to wait for a tow truck. Very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you again!

The feedback I received from our staff that was onsite with your crew is "They were awesome!". They couldn't say enough good things about the service. I was very impressed with the pre-move call I received to go over details of the move.

One of the movers, Chris, was disrespectful, dumped stuff into boxes unwrapped and didn’t mark a single box.

We actually had 3 men and a truck, and they were all very nice, and hardworking. They were super careful with all my stuff, and wrapped the furniture that needed it really well. I have a very heavy, antique piano and they treated it perfectly. They would see me carrying boxes to my car and offered to help. When they unloaded my mountain of stuff into my small house, they helped me figure out where stuff should go, and moved some things around for me. They were always polite and professional, and also friendly. I highly recommend then, and would use them again!

Setting up the move with office staff was a pleasant breeze. The moving guys were nice, accommodating, and careful. I can't say enough nice things about the whole company.
