I have only one complaint. I ended up paying additional travel time partly because the truck GPS sent the driver in a circle with uturns off major road south of destination. They left first and I arrived well before they did due to this issue. The driver explained the delay in arrival (it wasn't tremendous) but thought it a bit unfair having to pay for this additional charge due to your GPS system. Other than that guys were great and took special care of my biggest concern which was moving my very expensive Sleep # bed. Tough job in Florida heat but they did their job professionally and had good humor as well. Linda C

All was handled to expectations, with the glaring exception of the office staff having misprinted by cell phone number on the sheet given the drivers.

Our crew went above and beyond. Tree overhangings prevented complete driveway access to pick up property. Your employees walked an extra 20 yds X 2 fir each load. Carried from pick-up house to truck. No complaining, just sucked it and got the job done!
