The worker were very efficient, very protective of my belongings . Explained what they were doing and showing us damage to certain items before moving them. I would recommend them 100 times over to move anyone.

They spent a lot of time out of site, mostly saw just 2 of the 3 guys. Minimally saw the other guy. Ran out of wrap quickly
We’re not ready for the drop off. Even though we needed 3 guys due to stairs at the new place. They were very wiped out. One of the guys was totally down and barely saw him. They struggled. And spent 30 minute breaks often

The entire experience was great from start to finish. The gentleman who provided the service were very professional and on time. I highly recommend Two men and a Truck to anyone looking for a moving company.

The service is outstanding, as always. From the first phone call to the final closing of the truck doors, the move was easy (for me), the moving team was outstanding, everything went smoothly, and everything arrived safely. A special shout-out to Micah and Solomon, who worked hard, were friendly, listened when I explained certain things about the move, and notified me when they were running late.

Tyrone and Don were great.They worked tireously.A expensive living room floor mosaic lamp broke.We didn't blame them.Truck vibrates.We were under the impression that you guys would fix or at least give us a fair amount.I was told we are getting $50 for a lamp today is about $600.We didn't take your so called premium insurance.But if we did, Heather told me we would have gotten $200.thats $50 net

I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with the outcome of your claim. We offer a higher protection plan to cover items of greater value, but you opted for the standard plan. Heather has adhered to the contract by providing compensation at the rate of 60 cents per pound, as per the plan you selected.

The two guys that moved my things were perfect. They listened to all my needs when they arrived and understood what my priorities were. They were fast and smooth with all of my belongings, so nothing was damaged. And mostly, they didn't grumble or complain about a single thing and that's rare!

The guys that came to help move our stuff were fast and efficient, they seem to never rest and did a great job in packing our Storage Unit. I know it was hot but never heard a complaint. I thought that they did an excellent job!
