The team of 5 guys were awesome. They were so fast and efficient! They didn’t break anything which has happened to me before with large moving companies. There were very professional, yet also sociable, even with my two girls. The guys were very friendly and did not have a problem with me asking them to move things around several times. I hope that anyone who uses your company is able to have this group of guys. Amazing guys. I have used your company twice so far. I will continue to trust your guys if I ever have to move again. Just not happy with out come like being charged while they stopped for gas and went to wrong location. Do not feel compensated correctly. Also, started just grabbing & packing. No idea what is in many of the boxes. Stuffed storage unit so full afraid to move things.

Hi Laura, we are sorry to hear you feel you were not compensated correctly on moving day. We apologize for not verifying the correct address prior to arriving, which is why we felt taking 45 minutes off the bill would compensate for our mistake. We do not charge for any stops the crews make, which we can verify through GPS and truck tracking as well. In addition, we do train our crews to professionally pack storage units to maximize the space and reduce the need for additional storage. If you feel we did not pack it safely, we encourage you to send photos to info0234@twomen so we can address this immediately. I was very satisfied with how the move itself was handled but was not satisfied when the price quoted was inflated by almost 33% after my belongings were already picked up. Nothing was added to the house contents so I didn't understand the drastic increase.
