Overall, we had a good experience with this move. However, the movers had to be recruited from Lakeland because the office in Kissimmee seemed to have overbooked. Therefore, they got to our place about 3 hours late. The truck was too small (not an official truck) & they had to make 2 trips. Matt, Brandon & Theo were careful with the furniture, but not so careful with the boxes.

The move went smoothly. Communication was good. Other than a few lost screws and our dryer hose that got lost in the shuffle, our stuff made it unharmed to our new location. The guys seemed to genuinely want to get things safely moved. Seemed abit slow though with alot of chit chat. Anyway, I'm abit disabled, so I certainly appreciate the service. Money well spent.

Our team did a great job. They were friendly, on time and worked quickly. After moving some things ourselves, we were stressing over getting everything in to our storage unit. The guys helped organize what we already moved and made sure everything fit with a little room to spare. Thank you! :)

Good job, only issue was moving team had to take a one hour break after working for 1 1/2 hours.

Ken, thank you for the nice review. We don't know the circumstances behind the break, but that is atypical for a team to take one only 1.5 hours into a move. That time should have been credited as we only charge for the actual time worked. We're pleased to know you had a good experience otherwise. Thank you for your business!

Your crew, Alix, Tupps and Howard, were really the dream team: on time and considerate/polite of/with my 96 year old mother and very helpful to all of us involved with her move. They deserve a bonus and to be your go-to team, as far as I am concerned.

I was told I would get hour credit on time but wife alone at drop off with final bill only credited 15 minutes. Also told disabled veterans get $25 fuel credit.
