The price we were quoted and the price we received at the end of the move we’re completely different and the end of the list cost us much more than we anticipated to pay. We were informed that we should’ve received an email stating that there could be a difference in Final cost of move, I never received such email. Office staff needs to learn to communicate better. Movers were great!

Stephanie, we are so sorry your move exceeded your budget expectations. You are correct in stating you should have received a written estimate in advance of your move. We apologize we failed to send that documentation which would have explained our price range in greater detail. Moving is not an exact science and we do our best to anticipate the time and associated cost with each move but sometimes we fall short. We apologize for our error in not communicating more thoroughly and we will address your situation with our sales team for future reference.

My movers were fabulous. They went out of their way to be helpful. The move went as smoothly as it could and I have no complaints. I would personally like to thank Bobby, Josh, Colon, Somers and Anderson. Josh is a new team member and was such an asset to this move. Your company is blessed to have each one of these young men.

It is understood that a time of arrival is given to arrive before the moving company arrives. We weren’t given enough time to arrive to our destination. Once we arrived, we were so disappointed to see how our things were dumped in the storage room. No organization. Couldn’t even go into the storage room. We had to rearrange everything after hours of driving. But sure enough we paid >$10k for mess
