Everything was great except for the storage unit was not stacked very well. In my past experience the storage unit was packed much better. I had hardly any room left for additional boxes and had to throw things away as a result.

Over all job well done, I Think your fuel charge of $ 35 dollars is overly excessive for a eight mile round trip and I felt scammed by this by this charge in total a $ 400 .00 to take 4 tool boxes and one desk 4 miles is more than enough, one man and a truck beware they know how to charge can’t complain about the workers , corporate sucks .

We discussed the $35 fuel charge as not literally covering just fuel, but also helping to off-set truck maintenance and other expenses associated with the upkeep of our vehicles. We do inform our customers about all of our charges in advance and every customer receives an estimate and a pre-move confirmation letter detailing the charges associated with moving. The lead mover was lazy and not professional at all. The movers were slow and I’m missing prescription medication from my dresser drawer. Unhappy customer.
