Was greeted by 2 men and a Truck with a smile, by my name, telling me they were happy to help me Have a great moving experience. They were very courteous and professional, whey didnandacirc;??t waste any time getting to work after the initial paperwork. I was so pleased with how easily and efficiently they went about their work. The furniture arrived on a semi ( my brother actually owes the company, Class One Transport, in PA and brought it down to Winter Haven for me.) Your company met the semi at a Walmart parking lot, took shipment from one truck to another very efficiently, then brought my furniture etc. to Carlton Arms. Unloaded everything more quickly than imagined, being good natured all the while, and finished up paperwork more quickly than I imagined. My hat is off to these guys!!!!

This move was an outstanding experience, Our two guys A andamp; A were super. They worked real fast to keep our charge low. Were extremely polite and helpful. We ask them to do a couple of extra things and they were pleased to help us.

My guys arrived in a timely manner and got right to it. They moved it as if it were their own with great care and high-efficiency. They made the move very simple and were very considerate.

The estimator was excellent. It was great providing some free boxes and picking up the boxes after the move.

Overall a pleasant experience. My 'two men' arrived earlier than told. They walked with me through my house so I could explain any thing they needed to be aware of. They started right in and were efficient and quick. When we got to the new house, they quickly unloaded my stuff and checked with me if unsure where to put any boxes or furniture. They verified with me several times to make sure I didn't want them to help unpack (I didn't).
They went over the contract / hours used and explained the calcs. I did call them after leaving as I couldn't find a bag of screws/ bolts needed to bolt a headboard to the bed frame, but they said they didn't have it. I went thru boxes and couldn't find them. Someone called from your office on Mon; they found the bag of bolts; I said I would install.

The moving team was very good they worked hard and respected my belongings. I did not worry at all with them handling my stuff. I trusted completely.
