From my initial phone call to the guys driving away, it couldn't have gone any better. These guys were great in every way... professional, courteous, and very careful and mindful of protecting my property. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone I talk to about moving or pick up and delivery services. A+ company !

The only problem was with the card transaction. The movers told us they had had previous problems with the cards from Publix credit union, but it was aggravating to ge5 a call the next day ,telling us the transaction hadn’t cleared and did we have another card? Called the credit union and they told us that two men didn’t use the chip reader and there wasn’t a problem with the card, the driver didnt want to manually enter the card, or told us he couldn’t ,he had to swipe it. Publix told us it would have worked if they used the chip reader.

The moving team was excellent!!! These young men were cheerful, smiling, and held conversation while running back and forth to the truck. I would move again if I could get these 3 young men, excellent, 5-star treatment!!!

Although I was very happy with the entire experience after they left and sat down on my couch I realized there was damage to the leg when the couch collapsed. I can only imagine that they accidentally hit the leg sometime while packing in the truck to have split the wood. Unfortunately these things don't get noticed until you are actually using the furniture and after you sign off on the paperwork. I have pictures of the damage it you would like to see it. My daughter is currently repairing the wood frame so she came reinsert the leg.
