Foster, Thomas, Thomas 2, and Gerena were an excellent team. They went above and beyond to get us moved and packed (even though they were not the packers sent the day before. You should have instructed the packers to pack everything. In addition, your office didn't provide the move team with any of the information such as picking up an item at another location nor delivering some items to storage

I’m sure you have heard what happened with our move.
Quoted 8 hrs to move the whole house. Took 12 hrs to move half the house. The workers worked extremely slowly and basically gave up at the end. The only saving grace was Martinez who wasn’t part of the original moving team. When the team realized it was taking a long time, I asked them to make sure the beds and heavy items made it… they didn’t
