Good job, only issue was moving team had to take a one hour break after working for 1 1/2 hours.

Ken, thank you for the nice review. We don't know the circumstances behind the break, but that is atypical for a team to take one only 1.5 hours into a move. Your crew, Alix, Tupps and Howard, were really the dream team: on time and considerate/polite of/with my 96 year old mother and very helpful to all of us involved with her move. They deserve a bonus and to be your go-to team, as far as I am concerned.

I was told I would get hour credit on time but wife alone at drop off with final bill only credited 15 minutes. Also told disabled veterans get $25 fuel credit.
