Very inexperienced moving team. Damaged upstairs wall, damaged my hutch on top of my desk (both of which were written up), as well as damaging a particle board cabinet in my garage. Was told I could leave stuff in small 2 drawer filing cabinet that is on casters and they stored this cabinet UPSIDE DOWN. I've used this company before with good experience, but that move was terrible.

The Lakeland crew is excellent. They unloaded my 26ft. U-Haul truck and took great care to place everything the way we needed it. Damage was done to some furniture due to loading by Two Men and A Truck in Tulsa and this unloading crew made sure we knew about it before they removed it from the truck. This provided needed information to file a claim. Lakeland crew is great.

Our moving team were very hard working and polite. We had some very heavy pieces that were not easy to get up our stairs but they did it with a lot of hard work and a great sense of humor. We had a great experience. Working with Kristina was fantastic! We even had a small issue with a piece of furniture, and the team was quick to respond and handle the situation appropriately. The movers were really nice and did a great job. The office staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They recommended 2 trucks for my house and I went with it. The move only took 4 total hours! I was very happy with that.

When getting details of move to provide a estimate range or quote range don’t charge customers multiple hundreds of dollars more than range provided.

Eric, we apologize our estimate did not match the actual outcome. In retrospect, we could have added another person to the job in order to ensure it was completed more quickly and efficiently.
