I have moved three times, the same belongings... every single time it's an underestimate, they never have enough help, they never have a big enough truck because they don't know how to pack or move. These are laborers only, they take no direction and have no direction from the corporate standpoint... the moving teams are left to deal with whatever they find on the day, and get zero support!

I was very impressed with the moving team and office staff. I would only suggest that a better estimate is made by sending an expert to look at the apartment/house before writing up the estimate. I had to do 2 days instead off one because estimate was not correct.
