Overall experience was excellent. A quote was delivered promptly, and the movers accommodated all of my requests regarding the move. This is the third time I have used this company and I would choose no other mover. If you need a mover in the Jacksonville area, do yourself a favor and hire Two Men and a Truck. You will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with how everything operated like a smooth oiled machine. Seems like everyone was working together and as a team with a shared goal. Nathan was great and took charge. Very sharp young man with great people skills and son professional for being so young. Kept me calm throughout. He has a good future whatever he chooses.

My movers worked quickly and carefully. When they ran into a challenge, they were creative in figuring out a solution. Both men were very friendly and courteous. I have no problem recommending them or using them in the future. Very professional organization...

My experience was very Delightful! Employees were very Knowledgeable, Professional, and Courteous! There was no complaining, or bad attitudes! Moving my piano downstairs then upstairs again was a Great Challenge, but they handled it like pros! I would recommend your company to all my friends and family! Thank you for a job Well Done!

The three gentlemen who moved us were fantastic and very personable! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! -- Betty Ann

I was happy with Haley in the office - very nice ! I was happy with Felix and Jose. They were very nice as well. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. While Two Men and a Truck are not the cheapest out there, I was very happy with my move and the staff.

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck and this experience confirms why I came back to them. Very fast, friendly, professional service by all. They take a lot of the stress of moving out of the equation. Very highly recommend using them!!

The team you sent out did a great job, I have already told many people what a great company you have here.
Very professional and friendly. Thanks again for the great job!

The 2 men were very nice and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and how it was going to be done and they did everything in a timely manner knowing that they charged by the hour. I had a very good experience with Two Men and a Truck.

We had a 2 part move and the movers were scheduled to pick up the equipment at the1st location at 3:00pm. At 3:40 the movers had not arrived yet so I called the office and they said they would have the driver call me. The driver called and told me that their other job was running over and that they would be another hour. I would have liked a call letting us now that they were running late. Also they couldn't get the audio booth out of the old center without a lift truck. The drivers orders called for a lift truck but they were not given that type of truck. Spoke to the service manager and he told me that they could not delivered it until Monday morning. Then charged me $150 to move he audio. I don't feel like I should have been charged extra since the driver didn't have equip needed
