Amazing service from initial call until they left the new location. I will recommend them and always use for all of my moving. Dewayne and Juan (check the spelling) really made a bad time into "almost" fun.

We have scan design furniture and it took the mover long time to figure out how to dissemble them. It may help the next customer if your office staff ask which brand of furniture the client had so the mover could prepare/study ahead.

The men who did my move were Chad and Anthony. They were super great in every way. The ladies on the phone were extremely pleasant and helpful and informative. I can't think of any way it could have been a better move. I will recommend you to others.

You guys didn’t wrap my TV sets and stacked pots and pans and everything above glass boxes so everything sunk in. Also my clothes that were in vacuum seal bags were never sealed you just took them and threw them

The team were very friendly and their work ethic great. They were polite, efficient, and did a great job.

The office staff was very dilligent as was the warehouse manager who had to come to the job site to get the move done. The two movers were on time and very pleasant but arrived without the tools to do the job, the knowledge of how to do the job, and left pieces from the first site and had to go back to get them. Overall the move took far longer than it should have. I was not charged for the addition 2 hours it took for the men to get the forgotten pieces and deliver them, or for the first hour we stood around waiting for the manager to come and figure out how to move the furniture;BUT, it was a huge inconvenience! It took an extra 3 hours! Perhaps if someone had seen what had to be moved ahead of time and prepared the moving team in advance it would have been a better experience.
