Office staff members were awesome. The movers were nice but there were issues. They backed in at the storage unit, first mistake. Then they parked incorrectly and reacted oddly when I mentioned it. It's posted not to park that way, but yet they still did.
Then hit the storage unit door when going out the wrong way. It caused damage. Also missing a large cutting board they left on the truck.

I shared a review a few days prior. I had a storage space that was deeper than I recalled that required a second load. Griselda from the office was customer focused and quick to get the same driver requested and to get my final move completed. She followed up and Dan the driver and Kyle his support kept in touch as they loaded in Jax and safely hustled to get unloaded in St Pete in the same day

The crew was very friendly and efficient, paid close attention to protecting our items, worked very hard, and managed to deliver a few items to locations with extremely tricky access (narrow staircase, tight turns, etc).

The sales team, scheduler, and moving crew did an outstanding job supporting our move. All were genuinely trying to ensure a successful evolution.
