Andrew and Kyle really went the extra mile getting my furniture, which was heavy and high end, safely to both my storage unit and my apartment. They also where extremely professional and polite. I would specifically request them to move me the next time.

Jared and Isaiah were amazing! They were so personable, professional and knowledgeable. They made sure my items were well wrapped and handled with care and did what they could to make sure I didn’t need to leave anything behind. I was so impressed with them. 10 stars out of 5. I would've given 2 of the men and their truck a 5+, Brach and Zach were exceptional, they went above and beyond in every way. The other 2 were lazy and ineffective. I would have given them a 1-. I am sure they added at least 60 or 90 minutes to the move by their slow walking, I would walk into a room to find them texting or on their phones. They moves one small box on the dolly at a time.

I would have given 5 stars on service, but the movers chipped the drywall off my wall when bringing furniture up the stairs! Not only was the furniture damaged, but now I have a large piece of my wall missing. I know stairs can be difficult, but that's why we hire professional movers to make sure this sort of damage doesn't happen.
