We had 6 movers show up instead 4. One kept just wanting to wrap in only plastic, no blanket, even though blankets were available. Another smoked a cigar in the back of the truck, sitting in one of our chairs (we don't smoke!). A different guy decided to see how high he could carry an office chair, and then promptly hit a case opening going into the living room. we are renting our home from a military base and we have to pay for damages. It was like they didn't want to be there, one of them sat out in the truck, said he was done. also, a couple of them kept getting in our mini fridge, taking bottles of water, like they were free and had been offered to them (They weren't on either account.). We will not use or recommend this company.

The team did a really good job. I underestimated how much stuff I had and they were kind enough to make two trips. I know they worked extra hard because I had some really heavy pieces to move. There was very little damage to my stuff and they were very nice to work with. The team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I was very impressed with how helpful they were given that I was still trying to figure out furniture placement when they were moving items in. My only complaint would be that I think they were trying to rush toward the end and skimped a little on the wrapping. That's why a couple of big pieces had a little damage. Other than that, the guys did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with.

Overall, Two men and a truck did a wonderful job. The two men were friendly, helpful and courteous. There were a couple of slightly damaged items that were not brought to my attention and instead taped or covered up. I would have liked the men to be open and honest about those things rather than covering them up. Otherwise, it was a great experience without any major issues.

One out of the three movers had a good attitude.

Crew suggested I move certain items myself, in my car, instead of making “a second trip” with truck even though new house was 10 blocks away.

I had to explain multiple times which items were being moved, despite communicating to the supervisor.

Crew seemed sluggish and moved very slowly, went over by two hours.

One crew member smoked / vaped all day long (unprofessional.) Same person insisted on moving large items himself (65” tv) despite my concerns.

Scratched door ways of house.

Gave $150 cash tip or $50 each to supervisor (as it was hot day) and when I asked crew member (the one with upbeat attitude) if he “got his tip” and he said “no, I don’t get tipped.” Thought that was odd and wrong

Great guys! One piece of marble was damaged so it is up to the office to make it right.

I asked to be made aware 30-60 mins in advance and I got a call when they were 20 minutes out and had to rush to meet them. I requested a move of several pieces of large furniture, and 10 boxes with something to wrap my kitchen. They had boxes but nothing to wrap dishes in. They did not wrap a single piece of furniture in blankets nor padding to avoid scratch marks and as a result, several furniture items now have irreparable scratches on them. They turned tables with drawers on their sides, things fell out, and got "lost" on the truck. They dropped a piece of furniture from the dolly to the ground. It is damaged, drawer is off the track, it scratched and is making a loud screeching noise. They said they would file a damage report but I have yet to hear anything, and I have left a message.

This is the worst moving experience I have ever witnessed. Theater sub woofer nicked and damaged ($800). Shoe marks on sofa. Scratches and scraps on dining room table base. Scratches on bedroom dresser. Just a disgraceful effort. My next report will be the local BBB.

Items were scratched, packed poorly so they shifted during move. Notified company who said they were not liable. Never received itemized bill and amount higher than I was told. Would never recommend them or use them again.

Disappointed with this move in comparison to my last move. Some boxes were not delivered to unit (they were left in garage) I am missing one box of wall art. When I noticed the bed was not put together I was told it was not their job. After I asked they put it together but said they would have to charge extra. I requested the movers from my move on March 1 but did not get them

But was supposed to all back again but had not. He called once but not the second time with issue I presented I would probably not use your company again. Plus the cost went up!

Good initial experience. Delay in unpacking furniture. When found damage refused to compensate. Horrible customer service at the tail end.
