One of the men solicited us for a tip when I was paying when they finished moving a sectionalcouch. I thought that was in VERY poor taste!

I spoke with Nicole on the phone, I told her what I needed she was very professional and helpful. She set us up with two movers Tom and Tyler the dynamic duo. These guys were a real joy to work with, they were professional, hard working, and funny. These guys were fast and efficient handled all our items with care. The whole moving process went very smoothly. The main office confirmed my moving dates and times and consulted with me regarding supplies I might need.
The movers, Travis, Jamel, and Patrick were all friendly, professional and hard working. They arrived on time and completed the work in less time that was projected. They were thorough and careful in loading my items.

The guys that came out and moved our home were amazing, polite and handled our household items with care. I truly appreciate them all. I even received several phone calls without the move to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again as well as referral them.

The morning of the move, I received a call asking if I would like a third person to help move for an additional cost. I agreed. These men were very efficient and professional taking great care of our items. I was so pleased, I gave them a 20% tip! I will be calling again in a few weeks.

The booking agent over the phone advised me that the truck would have a hydraulic lift for my heavy riding mower. The truck that showed up did not have a lift. It only had an aluminum ramp that was too narrow for my riding lawnmower. This resulted in me spending more money to transport my mower.

Great & efficient move! I have to mention the following special folks were all instrumental in getting this moved organized: Chelsea, Chad, Shayne, and Glenn. Chad and Shayne managed to carry some difficult pieces of furniture and appliances up some tricky staircases. They were on time and got the job done well within the cost estimate. Thanks to Yancy for making sure the move was going well!
