I was so disappointed with my moving experience. I think the team was doing the best that they could do under the circumstances. Perhaps if they were provided more training or an extra person was available to assist them they could have been more efficient. I did have damages to several items. Specifically a coffee table that the corner was severally damaged.

The administrative set-up, quote and preliminary information were very clear and easy to understand. The moving team, Travis and Raheem, did an outstanding job with difficult access at both sites and careful care of our old furniture. We chose you folks because of long-standing reputation in Jacksonville, and we were not disappointed.

This is a huge shout out to Travis and Tyler. A few months ago, my mom finally made the decision to move out of my childhood home. It’s hard to believe she lived in the same place for 45 years. Nevertheless, Tyler & Travis made the process simple. The entire job took several hours and they successfully and tirelessly moved all of her items without incident. We were pleased with her work.

The two men that came out to move our furniture were professional, courteous and helpful. They made sure everything was handled carefully and when we were ready to put our furniture back in the office they made sure to put it exactly where we asked.
