I thought truck was to small for the amount we needed, we even eliminated a storage unit that we had schedule to use and still too small. Broke pottery barn lamp, leg on pottery barn couch. Didn't pay attention to label box and room it needed to go into. Left stuff in old house that was never moved( came back next day) was told they give two hour service they only gave us 20 minutes. Had us sign document before we had time to evaluate the stuff that was moved. The movers were nice but the care they use to move stuff was poor.

Was the easiest move ever!!! The gentlemen who moved me were beyond helpful and the sweetest guys!! I appreciated all their help, even moving my couch 2 times

I sent my household goods to your storage facility and was charge $435.00. I told the office that I need my household goods back and was cancelled due to, I did not answer the office telephone not even calling my cell phone. The move was cancelled and I was charge $120.00 cancellation fee. I called the office why I have a cancellation fee and I did not cancel the household move but the office did it. I talk to the manager and complain about the $120.00 cancellation fee in which I paid it anyway and She said household good delivery is cancelled and I have to pick up from your storage. The manager said it will be outside of the warehouse if I will not pick it up. This happens on 11/15/2018, Sales Order 0461-000009082.

I am not home so I don’t have their names. I loved my 2 men. I have more of the house to move at a later date and want them!! It was a perfect move and they were so helpful and worked hard.

The gentlemen were excellent, nice, and professional. That being said, the organization needs to provide them better equipment (straps, dollys, etc.) to help them move bigger items if only two are going to be sent for a move. Especially when the move was involving a piano.
