After having experience moving internationally several times, we expected a bit more care with our belongings, which they didn't have. We specifically spoke to the sales staff that boxes were needed to pack a few last things and that they would pack and prep the rest of the furniture (some was already well-packed). However, they came unprepared and started throwing our belongings into boxes, without properly packing them. I had to call the manager and he went to my house to organize things and bring the boxes. When moving the furniture to the truck they scraped and damaged the wall of my stairs in a few places, for which I will submit a claim. The next day, for the delivery of the furniture, a new crew was sent in and things were much better and smoother.

One of the movers spent some time on a personal call. Don’t think it took time from moving but could be perceived that it did.

Movers took double the normal time for the move, besides they broke my bed and until this day (3 days after moving) still have not received a response from the company about the repair or solution to my broken bed

The movers were on time and completed the move efficiently. Furniture was wrapped for protection. The movers were very courteous and helpful.

The team that did my move was professional, had a great attitude, and made my move go smoothly. I am disappointed there is some minor damage to my furniture. I did not notice it until after the team had left, but I know why it happened. They had it wrapped and protected but due to the way they tried to carry it down the stairs it got wedge between the hand rails at a stair landing. Please use this as a learning experience and have your team plan how they are going to navigate an odd obstacle in the future.

I used 2 men and a truck back in 2012 and my experience was exceptional. So, I decided to use them again, six years later. The office staff was absolutely wonderful and professional. The price was very reasonable. On the day of my move, one of the employees called in sick, so of course, I was concerned about how long it would take. Terrence and Demetri did an outstanding job and was very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them move my belongings as they took such great care of them all. I most certainly will recommend this company to everybody. Keep up the great work.

As a Realtor, I no longer recommend moving companies as I often hear complaints about client's moving experiences. I myself was stood up the morning of my moving my mom's final items out of her condo before having to turn it over to buyers later that day a few years ago. So, when it was my turn to move after living in the same place for more than 20 years, I was worried. I interviewed several moving companies -- comparing price and service -- and talked to several clients and friends about their moves. The feedback on Two Men and a Truck was all positive so I selected the local franchise. They answered my many questions with patience. It all went well. I will now be comfortable recommending Two Men and a Truck to my buyers and sellers in the future. Thank you.
