On 3-14-18 about 10:20am I call to scheduled my move within 15 minutes I received a emergency call from my family in Chicago requesting that I come home, I hung up the phone and I call your company back to cancel the move until I returned. I explained the emergency call to your employee and she in turn told me I was within my 48 hours so no problem. She emailed me the cancellation.
Shortly after the email I received another email stating I would be charged for 2 hours because I was not in the cancellation time frame. I then called and ask for the supervisor or manager. A lady by the name of Leslie who had no compassion regarding my family emergency

We have cancellation policies in place because when we book moves, we then schedule movers who need to be paid for their time, and who also become unavailable for other jobs. Lesley had offered to credit you back for one of the two hours charged if you rebooked with us. We are sorry that compromise was not suitable to you.</div>
