first time moving with a company and they were kind, helpful and polite. very good experience.

The scheduling was disorganized & screwed up. They came at a different time and day than I scheduled. Then they were late.

Everything about our experience was great, except the movers left the hardware to my 5 month old's crib behind. I understand accidents happen, but how that was handled was truly disappointing. We were told the parts were found and shipped on Saturday. I called on Wednesday, turned out that wasn't the case. I had to call on Friday again to check on the parts. They still hadn't been shipped. It is now a full week after the move and I have no confirmation that the parts have been shipped and my daughter doesn't have her crib to sleep in. If there was problem shipping the parts I think the office staff should have called me on Monday and told me so. I feel trapped and at a loss because we spent a lot of money on this move, everything else met expectations, but now I'm stuck with this problem.

I'm waiting to hear from operations concerning a damaged item

I was very happy with the services provided for the move. There were no items broken, well packed. The only negative that I have and it probably was my fault that the labeling on the boxes should have been more detailed. There was so much going on that I didn't oversee the packing as closely as I should have. Besides that it was a great experience and delivery on time as expected. I would recommend this company.

Everyone was professional and timely and I would contract with your company again as well as recommend them to others.
