I got in touch by the phone after talking to a few companies in the area. All other companies sent a representative to check the amount of furniture, and the type of the furnitures. Your company provided everything by the phone, which I believed was good.
The pricing I received was not the shippest and not the most expensive and because of a referral decided to move forward.
Guys arrived at home a bit lost, without much information about what to do, and lacking enough supplies that I requested. After few minutes of conversation we managed to sort things out.
The moving guys were great, except that one piece of custom furniture was dropped at the storage floor and caused a reasonable damage.
Final cost was way higher than the projected because of the lack of planning.
